Cameroon university students to get free laptops

University students in Cameroon will receive free laptops as
part of a government plan to promote research and
entrepreneurship.
President Paul Biya government plans to distribute 500,000
laptops.
The laptops will be produced by a Chinese company as part
of a $126m (£95m) loan from China's EXIM Bank, which the
government will have to repay over 20 years.
