TIPS TO BEING MORE GRACEFUL AND ELEGANT

The art of being graceful isn’t a trait that’s just used to impress a guy or look good at a social gathering.
Its the key to a better life. Men love a graceful woman, women envy a graceful woman.It’s easy to be graceful. In fact, all you need to do is follow 7 little steps.

1. BE AWARE OF YOUR OWN BODY - Even as you sit, can you feel the different parts of your body? Do you know the exact position of your toes or your back? Can you visualize the positions of your body parts look without really looking at it? To be graceful, you need to be completely aware of your body no matter where you are. Every move you make should be calculated and precise.
2. DANCING - There is an air of grace and elegance in dancers that it can move us. Dancers are able to control their movement with ease, making them smooth and comfortable to look at. You can harness this by learning dancing. This is a great way to train your body about control. Dancing can also help make you more confident with your movement. Dancing such as ballroom dancing and ballet are a great training to make you more graceful and elegant.

3. FLEXIBILITY AND YOGA - Learning to be flexible can do wonders for your posture. Take a few yoga lessons and see if you like it. If you’re serious about good posture and total body control, yoga can help you get fitter, mentally and physically. There’s nothing in the world that can help you control your body and be completely aware of it better than yoga.
4. LOSE THAT FAT - There’s no bias here that obese women are ungraceful. But you have to understand how being graceful works. You can only be graceful if you are completely aware of your body and completely in control of it. You can control your muscles, but you can’t control the fat in your body because they’re not really controllable by your mind.
5. MANNERS WHILE SITTING DOWN - Be aware of what your body is doing no matter where you are. Don’t ever plonk yourself down heavily on a seat. Take your time to sit down in a calculated fluid motion and move back gracefully. No matter what you do, your motions have to be smooth like a dance routine. And don’t spread your legs after sitting down, instead cross your feet.
6. SOUND BEAUTIFUL AND POLITE - Everyone is drawn to a polite speaker who makes the other person feel comfortable. Speak softly and sound gentle. Don’t speak too fast, yell or indulge in crude gestures. Watch yourself in the mirror and practice your happy smile. It can definitely melt hearts.
7. TABLE MANNERS - Table manners are important, it is essential to being more graceful and elegant. Small things such as chewing with your mouth closed, not putting your elbow on the table, not eating too fast and so on can make you more sophisticated and give you a bigger chance to be invited again. If you were to dine with people that do not have any table manners, would you eat with them again? There is no need to be prissy, all you need to know about table manners is to respect the people dining with you and avoid things that can make them uncomfortable

NOTE : Being graceful and elegant doesn’t have to be about physical beauty. You don’t have to be smaller, smoother, taller and so on. No matter how you look, elegance and grace come from the inside. Being graceful and elegant doesn’t mean that you have to be aloof or rude. It’s about learning to listen and replying at the right instance and length. One of the true signs of grace is being able to move smoothly. Allowing your every move to be deliberate. Getting everything where you want it to be will take some practice.
